Delbert Gortmaker, the owner of Overseas and Domestic Auto Repair, has been servicing vehicles in Springfield and surrounding MO areas for more than 30 years. He has received training from O’Reillys Real World Training and Vision Technician Training. He gets to know his customers and their families and teaches his wife and staff to do the same. In fact, he is now working on the vehicles of some of his first customers’ grandchildren.

Delbert Gortmaker, the owner of Overseas and Domestic Auto Repair, has over 30 years experience and attends continuing education classes several times a year. The technology built into cars changes continually. Delbert and his mechanics all take continuing automotive education courses to keep current with all the new technology. ODAR's mechanics are trained before they work on your car not while working on your car.

Our shop’s mechanics are Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified. ASE certifications require at least two years of work experience, and re-certification every 5 years. So when you bring your domestic or import car to us, you can be assured that the person who will work on it knows what needs to be done.
